Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
• 24 hour cancellation policy enforced.
• All of our appointment confirmations are by phone or sent via text.
• Please honor your appointment, If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hrs before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee, and to allow us time to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
• If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, a 50% fee of the missed service will be charged before we’re able to schedule another appointment.
Payment/Gratuity
- We accept Cash, Venmo and Zelle, as well as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards.
- Gratuities are excepted in cash.
